La nostra Philosophia:
My extended family and our neighbors taught me to love and understand food. Cooking and eating were a pleasure, closely interwoven with community life. Good food was and is a central component of every celebratory occasion. That's why we decided to create traditional and tasty dishes without any frills. From now on, as far as the seasons and climate allow, we source many of our products from the region and from producers whose products we know and appreciate and you can taste it!

About me: My name is Pasquale Terranova, I was born in 1974 in Calabria. I arrived in Frankfurt with my family by train in 1987. I started my pizza career in 1993. I am now the founder and passionate owner of Papanova since 2006. I have a wonderful family that supports me in all crazy ideas. My goal as a restaurateur is to give my guests the feeling of family community through work and dedication to the daily business.
